In January 2014 Jonny and Beckie Hardy took a leap of faith, leaving their work within the agricultural sector, they decided to start a brand new business. One that allowed them opportunities to combine managing their time, applying core faith principles, investing to family life and embrace the adventure of the unknown!.
How we do things as leaders, individuals or team are incredibly important to us and our values guide how we make our decisions.

Known lovingly to most as M, her natural knack for organisation and process means she is the glue at DSC! Always busy either managing the family farm, spending time with her grandchildren, or enjoying a well-deserved G&T somewhere sunny. .
