Update: 6th April 2020

We are open.

Firstly I wanted to thank you for all your messages of support and kindness over the past weeks as we have continued to work with and for you. We really do cherish all the friendships we have built with our loyal customers, and welcome new customers.

However, from your calls we are aware that some of you are spotting projects while you are at home or using the opportunity to spruce up your business premises while you are closed.

We Remain Open.
I am keen to answer some of the questions you may have when talking to us and how we can help.

How can I get in touch?
You can still call, email us or fill in the enquiry form on the Website. Mary-Ann is home working and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I get a quote?
Of course. We can often provide estimates using photos you supply. If we need to do a site visit, we can and talk the project through on the phone while you are in your house or office.

I want the work done now is that possible?
Yes as long as it meets our 3-point plan below and it can be done using the government guidelines of working 2 metres apart. If we can’t complete everything now we will book it in for when we come back.

I would like some work done when the restrictions have lifted?
Not a problem at all. Just let us know what you would like completing and we’ll be back in touch to arrange a date when we can.

What are you doing to ensure everyone stays safe?
We continue to use our 3-point plan for every project.

1. Zero Contact Policy – we don’t need to see you, all conversations prior to work will be held over the phone. If we need a site visit you can guide us through a window. When on site, all teams will use disinfectant before entering the site and work a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times. If this is not possible that portion of the work will be left for a later date when it is safe to complete.
2. Choice to work – All of our team have chosen to work, and we have worked together to agree how we best protect our customers and ourselves.
3. Customer Agreement – We only work on site with the explicit agreement of the customer. We are also taking bookings for later in the year.

While my business is closed can you deep clean the exterior of our offices, shop, warehouses, sheds or roofs?
Yes! While it is quiet this is the perfect time to deep clean farm buildings, office cladding and roofs or retail spaces such as garden centres or attractions.
